Apple's iPad lineup remained untouched throughout the entirety of the previous year. However, anticipation is building as insiders suggest that the tech giant is gearing up for a significant refresh, set to unveil new iPad Air, iPad Pro, and MacBook Air models in Spring 2024.

According to renowned tech journalist Mark Gurman, as reported by MacRumors, Apple enthusiasts may have reason to rejoice soon. Gurman's insights point to a potential release window between March and May for the much-anticipated iPad Air 6, iPad Pro 7, and the latest MacBook Air models, all equipped with the powerful M3 processor.

iPad Air 6: A Dual Display Delight

The iPad Air 6 is poised to offer users a choice between two display options: a compact 10.9-inch variant and a more expansive 12.9-inch version. Beyond the display enhancements, expectations include the introduction of the Apple M2 chip, a redesigned rear camera bump, and various internal upgrades to enhance overall performance.

iPad Pro 7: OLED Displays and More

For the iPad Pro 7, a more substantial upgrade is anticipated. The next-generation 11-inch and 13-inch models are expected to feature OLED displays, albeit with a potential increase in cost. Additional enhancements may include the latest M3 chip, support for MagSafe wireless charging, and a revamped Magic Keyboard, promising an elevated user experience.

MacBook Air 2024: M3 Chip and Beyond

The MacBook Air 2024 refresh is anticipated to bring both the 13-inch and 15-inch models up to speed with the MacBook Pro lineup, thanks to the incorporation of the M3 chip. While the chip refresh takes center stage, other notable changes to the laptop are expected to be minimal. The 15-inch MacBook Air, released in June 2023, is set for a relatively short update cycle, aligning its refresh schedule with the smaller MacBook Air.
