The Masters of Symphonic Music On An Enhanced Interface
Following the successful integration of Apple Music Classical on Android a few months ago, Apple now brings the official client to iPad users with the release of version 1.1.
While the iPad version doesn't introduce major innovations compared to its iPhone counterpart, the notable distinction lies in the optimized graphic interface tailored for the larger screens of Apple's tablets. This adaptation enhances the overall user experience, offering classical music enthusiasts a more comfortable reading of texts and detailed information associated with each song, playlist, or album.
Introduced in March 2023 as a complimentary service for Apple Music subscribers, Apple Music Classical caters specifically to classical music aficionados. The application goes beyond the conventional client, providing curated playlists, in-depth artist and composer biographies, comprehensive descriptions of classical works, and an improved search system. Responding to user demand, the application is now available for download on iPads.
To access the iPad app, users must ensure their tablet is running at least iPadOS 15.4. However, there is no indication at present that the application will extend its availability to macOS.
