Apple has introduced the Qi2 wireless charging standard to the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 families, expanding beyond the MagSafe solution. Despite the absence of confirmation from Apple, reports from reputable sources such as The Verge suggest that Anker's upcoming MagGo Qi2 wireless chargers will indeed support 15W charging speeds for recent iPhones. This implies that users may no longer be confined to the proprietary MagSafe chargers for fast wireless charging, opening up the possibility of a more versatile charging ecosystem.

The move towards Qi2 not only enhances charging speed but also brings a level of interoperability with other Qi2-compatible devices, further cementing Apple's commitment to adopting industry standards.
