Oppo's new smartphone brings high-end features and aggressive pricing to the Chinese market
Oppo has launched its latest smartphone, the Oppo K12, in the Chinese market. While the name is new, the hardware and specifications are nearly identical to the OnePlus Nord CE4 that was released in India earlier this month. The Oppo K12 brings some notable differences, including additional memory options and integrated NFC connectivity.
Launch and Availability
The Oppo K12 is available for pre-order on Oppo’s online store, with open sales starting on April 29. The device comes in three memory configurations:

The Oppo K12 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, ensuring smooth performance and efficiency. The phone boasts a robust 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging, allowing it to reach a full charge in just 27 minutes. The 6.7-inch OLED display offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080p+ resolution, with a peak brightness of 1,100 nits and 10-bit color support. This combination provides vibrant colors and smooth visuals, enhancing the user experience for gaming and multimedia consumption.
For photography enthusiasts, the Oppo K12 comes equipped with a 16MP selfie camera at the front. On the rear, the primary camera features a 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 lens and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), ensuring clear and stable photos. An 8MP ultra-wide camera complements the setup, enabling users to capture expansive scenes.
