In a recent FCC listing, crucial information has emerged regarding the highly anticipated POCO X6 Pro 5G, positioned as the global representative of the Redmi K70E. Intriguingly, it appears that this device may deviate from its predecessor, the POCO F6, while possibly becoming one of the initial smartphones outside of China to introduce Xiaomi's cutting-edge HyperOS 1.0.

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Thailand recently certified the POCO X6 Pro 5G, withholding specific details but linking it to the model number '2311DRK48G,' synonymous with the Redmi K70E. Now, as the 2311DRK48G passes through the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), noteworthy features have been brought to light.

 POCO X6 PRO 5G AZURE VARIANT 

Despite the FCC refraining from revealing the marketing name, it is now known that Xiaomi plans to equip the POCO X6 Pro 5G with MDY-15-ET and MDY-15-EU power adapters for the EU and UK markets. This suggests a 67 W wired charging capability, a departure from the Redmi K70E's 90 W, indicating a 23 W and 25% reduction.

Furthermore, the FCC discloses two memory configurations for the POCO X6 Pro 5G. The base variant boasts 8 GB of RAM coupled with 256 GB of storage, a choice not available for the Redmi K70E. In contrast, a higher-tier option offers a substantial 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, albeit falling short of the Redmi K70E's 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB storage variant.

 XIAOMI HYPEROS 1.0 

A significant revelation from the FCC is the confirmation that the POCO X6 Pro 5G will run on Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0. This marks a global shift from MIUI, showcasing Xiaomi's commitment to innovation and providing users with a fresh software experience. While the FCC has not detailed additional specifications, enthusiasts can refer to our earlier Redmi K70E launch article for insights into what to expect from the POCO X6 Pro 5G in other aspects.
