Sennheiser is kicking off the year with a spectacular showcase at CES 2024, revealing three groundbreaking additions to its lineup of personal listening devices. The spotlight is on the new flagship Momentum 4 earbuds, accompanied by the company's first-ever sport buds, the Momentum Sport, and a pair of over-ear headphones, the Accentum Plus, all set to captivate audio enthusiasts and fitness aficionados alike.

Sennheiser Momentum 4: A Fourth-Generation Marvel

The Momentum 4 earbuds mark the latest iteration of Sennheiser's flagship series, featuring a design that seamlessly continues the legacy of its predecessors. Maintaining the distinctive fabric-covered charging case, these earbuds introduce cutting-edge technology, including support for Qualcomm's AptX Lossless and Bluetooth LE Audio standard. The addition of Bluetooth 5.4 with Auracast support allows for advanced multi-point connectivity, enabling seamless broadcasting from various audio transmitters to an unlimited number of nearby receivers.

Beyond connectivity upgrades, the Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds boast Sennheiser's adaptive ANC features, refined tuning, and an extended battery life. With 7.5 hours of listening on the earbuds and a total playback time of 30 hours with the Qi charging case, users can immerse themselves in audiophile-grade sound. The Momentum 4 is set to launch in metallic silver and graphite colorways, available for pre-order starting February 15 at $299.95.

Sennheiser Momentum Sport: Elevating Fitness Audio

In a departure from the flagship line, Sennheiser introduces the Momentum Sport, a pair of rugged earbuds designed for fitness enthusiasts. These earbuds not only deliver high-quality audio but also incorporate innovative health monitoring features, including heart rate and body temperature tracking. Using photoplethysmography (PPG), the Momentum Sport syncs fitness data with popular platforms like Apple, Peloton, Garmin, Strava, and Polar.

With an IP55 water-resistance rating, the Momentum Sport is well-suited for various workouts. The semi-open design ensures awareness of the surroundings, enhancing safety during outdoor activities. Scheduled for an April 9 release at $329.95, these earbuds promise a holistic fitness tracking experience.

Sennheiser Accentum Plus: Immersive Over-Ear Audio

Closing the CES 2024 showcase is the Accentum Plus, Sennheiser's new over-ear headphones designed to provide immersive audio experiences. While not positioned as high-end as the Momentum series, the Accentum Plus boasts a competitive $229.95 price tag. Featuring AptX Adaptive audio, multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, and an impressive 50-hour battery life, these headphones offer a blend of quality and affordability.

With USB-C charging providing 5 hours of listening in just 10 minutes and touch controls on the ear cups, the Accentum Plus headphones are set to hit the market on February 20, enriching the personal audio landscape.
