Xiaomi continues to make strides with its latest release, the Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen). Following the success of its predecessor, this new iteration boasts several enhancements aimed at providing riders with an elevated experience in urban commuting and sustainable transportation.

The emergence of the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) on the global platform of the company's website marks a significant milestone, nearly 18 months after the debut of the original version. Among the notable upgrades is the robust motor, now rated for 400W power with a maximum output of 1,000W. This advancement surpasses the previous model's 350W motor, offering improved performance and efficiency.

Despite the upgraded motor, the Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) maintains a speed limit of 25 kph (~16 mph) to comply with regulations in various regions. However, users can still enjoy customizable speed modes to suit their preferences and local regulations seamlessly. Additionally, the battery pack receives a boost, featuring a 468Wh power capacity compared to the previous 446Wh, resulting in an extended range of up to 60 km (~37 miles) on a single charge. The integrated display provides real-time updates on battery status, current speed, and even facilitates the operation of turn signals, ensuring a safe and convenient riding experience.

Moreover, the Xiaomi Home app complements the scooter's functionality by offering comprehensive control options and journey information, enhancing user convenience and connectivity. The inclusion of direction indicators, an auto light mode, and wider 60mm (~2.4-in) x 10-inch tires further enriches the riding experience, promising stability, safety, and comfort on varied terrains.

Crafted with a durable carbon steel frame, the Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) strikes a balance between sturdiness and portability, weighing in at 19 kg (~42 lbs).
