An introductory message prior the shipping of the item is not required, but it would be highly appreciated. 

Please remember to supply any relevant information about your shop/product (shop name, discounts applied to the product, coupons, link to the product page, etc.)!

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Before shipping anything to our address you must read and accept the following terms and conditions. The receipt of any product (either software or material goods) imply your prior acceptance of the terms and conditions hereby described:

1. The product(s) will not be returned unless otherwise requested. In this case you must pay for the return shipping price.
2. The receipt of products, either material or digital goods, occurs without incurring in any cost of any kind on our part.
3. You must declare the goods being shipped as "GIFT/SAMPLE", to avoid customs costs on our side. If extra customs costs are applied the shipment will be refused and returned (if applicable).
4. The shipping of products without any prior consensual agreement do not imply that the product will necessarily be reviewed. In this case the choice to review a product is at our sole discretion, regardless of its nature and economic value.
5. We are dedicated to honesty when we review products, and our aim is to offer thoughtful reviews. This means that regardless of the commercial value of the product received by us, our review will first and foremost be objective and sincere. If, in the reviewer's opinion, the product does not have positive characteristics, this will be reported in the review. Complaints or removal requests will not be accepted in the case of negative reviews.
6. We do not cover or review any kind of product directly or indirectly related to firearms, adults only products, forbidden /  restricted / illegal products, products that can be voluntarily used for illegal purposes, products linked in any way to animal exploitation.
